Dinner is very usual for many people. Most people confuse dinner with lunch.
At dinner, normal, food must be something light for sleep to be smooth and refreshing. But most people eat for dinner more than in all the rest of the day.
There is no fixed time for dinner.
It is best to eat with 3-4 hours before bedtime. (or, well.., at least 2 hours before). Unfortunately, too few people follow this rule.
Plus, from dinner should be excluded food with meat, fats, sweets, salty manacurile, hot, bitter, sour, etc..
