Eating peanuts we gain weight?

In principle yes. I gave up meat for 3 months (September 2011) and I replace meat with peanut, protein consumption. I started somewhere in the 50-100gr. per day. I gained weight 3 Kg. - That I got from 92Kg to 95kg, that at a height of 1.73 m

But depends on many factors. If you make exercise daily peanuts you will  not give you extra weight , plus it's a big difference between baked and the fried peanuts. 

Simple questions require simple answers. This site is meant to be a positive response to this need.
