What to do to become strong?

 Ask a question. In any field. If we can we will respond in the shortest time possible.
Ask here.

There are some simple things that need to be made to this end:
1. healthy food on time
2. enough rest (8 hours of sleep)
3. Exercise such as running, push-ups, crunches, traction, squats, etc.
4. Think positive, believe in that you will be strong.

Simple questions require simple answers. This site is meant to be a positive response to this need.
