How to make apple cake?

We have some apples, almost 1Kg, some margarine (125 g) which we impareti two each jumatete cut into small cubes, 200g. sugar, and optionally a bit of cinnamon. And have cake and a countertop you can buy or make at home would be recommended to make it home. Leaf house will contain 4 eggs, 8 tablespoons of sugar, 6 tablespoons of flour and a bag of vanilla sugar.

Tip: preferably use brown sugar.
We acquired the necessary and should have a lot of fancy work.
Clean peel apples (you could leave and bark - nobody dies), and picks the spine to remove.
January. In a saucepan sprinkle sugar cubes are pressed margarine (union). Arrange apples one by one and put the spine instead of margarine cubes. (Too much margarine - but that's it) put the pan in the oven an hour sert to melt the margarine, sugar and apples (they will soften).
February. Meanwhile countertop should be prepared if there already. Mix sugar, vanilla sugar and the egg whites until foaming. Add the flour and egg and mix again.
Take the pan (1) what was in the oven with apples and leaf composition poured over it (2). Place in the oven until it ripens.
When ready, remove from oven, place on a platter and decorate with various kind: cream.
