War of 30 years

War of 30 years (1618-1646) began as a revolt of the provinces of the Roman-German Empire and soon was overlapped with other conflicts. The war resulted in the devastation of the country and thousands of deaths.

Religious motivation was that which divided the empire in two. Spain supported the German Empire , while Denmark  and the Protestant States, supported Bohemia.
In 1063 toprotestants joined Sweden. France, though Catholic, was at war with Spain, so he took part the Protestants in 1635. In 1648 peace treaty ended the war and the domination hasburgice.
